Services: Construction and New Home Cleaning

Finishing Touches is a cleaning company specializing in new construction cleaning.  We were established in 1991 and have continued to grow and establish a well earned reputation of service and quality work.  Our experience entails not only individual residences but also many large commercial projects from 250 unit apartment complex, numerous L.D.S chapels, several Washington County schools, and hospitals.  We carry our own liability and workmen’s comp. insurances.

Our company offers a large scope of services aiding in all phases of construction.  We offer construction sweep-outs and site pick-ups at appropriate stages of the construction process.  We also offer a pre-clean service which is appropriate for houses prior to being placed on the market for sale, but still leaving some of the option open for prospective buyers.  Our company is also equipped with pressure washing equipment and floor scrubbers to restore concrete surfaces such as garage floors, patio decks, etc.  We also maintain models, club houses and sales offices.  And of course we offer the final construction clean.

Our scope of services for a final construction clean include (but are not limited to) tracking of all windows, cleaning the glass and frames inside and outside.  All walls and light fixtures are to be dusted down, all shelves and cabinets are vacuumed and damp wiped.  All bathrooms and vanities are cleaned as well as the kitchen cupboards (inside and outside), counters and sinks.  All baseboards to be vacuumed, doors dusted, and thresholds cleaned.  All work will be completed in professional and workmanlike manner.
