We get your second home or vacation rentals ready for you or your guests return.

Why spend your valuable vacation time cleaning your vacation home.  We try to offer a full service for all your needs from basic cleaning (including laundry and window cleaning) to referrals for any unexpected maintenance services you may encounter. Call us when you leave your home and we will clean, launder all bed linins and towels, wash dishes, clean out the refrigerator and remove the garbage.  Your house will be cleaned and ready for your next guest or your return just like you would do it if you had the time. Often vacation homes are let unoccupied for long periods of time during which the wind blows and cobwebs form. Call us before your arrival date and we will have your home cleaned, freshen, windows cleaned and sand dunes removed so your home is ready for your arrival. We can even stock your refrigerator for your stay. 

We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your vacation home. If there is anything we can help you with just ask.  If we can’t do it we will help you find someone who can.  We will make sure that your vacation rental is stocked with supplies such as soap, toilet paper and any other supplies you wish to supply. If you leave something behind we would be glad to mail it to your home.  We have even arranged for catering for special guests.

The invitation to care for your home is treated as a privilege. Privacy and security are one of our main priorities. Finishing Touches is bonded and insured so our customers can rest assured that they are fully protected.  If someone arrives and has forgot or lost their key we would be glad to make arrangements to open the house after verification has been established.

Most pricing can be estimated right over the phone or on the web. Pricing based on many factures: size of home, amount of use and frequency of cleaning, different surfaces, presents of fragile or precious collectables.
